China’s 2nd young entrepreneurs summit held in Tianjin

China’s 2nd young entrepreneurs summit, also Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei young economic leaders innovation and development conference, was held in Tianjin on August 10, 2019.
 
The summit was co-sponsored by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and the people’s government of Tianjin, and was organized by the ACFIC’s young entreprenerus committee, the Tianjin federation of industry and commerce, and the Tianjin committee of the communist youth league.
 
Before the conference, the party secretary of CPC Tianjin committee Li Hongzhong met with some of the attendees and proposed his hearty expectations on young entrepreneurs.
 
Xu Lejiang, vice minister of the United Front Work Department (UFWD) of CPC Central Committee, and the executive vice chairman of ACFIC, and Zhang Guoqing, Tianjin’s mayor and deputy party secretary of CPC Tianjin committee, attended the opening ceremony and unveiled the event.
 
Ma Shunqing, vice mayor of Tianjin, and Li Zhaoqian, vice chairman of the ACFIC, addressed on the conference, which was presided over by Ji Guoqiang, minister of the Tianjin’s UFWD.
 
Li Changjin, vice chairman of the ACFIC, vice chairman of the Tianjin’s National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and chairman of the Tianjin federation of industry and commerce, also attended.
 
In the beginning of the conference, Li Meng, president of the Beijing young entrepreneurs business chamber handed over the summit’s flag to Yan Kaijing, president of the Tianjin young entrepreneurs association. Yan read the proposal of “keep the aspiration, bear the mission” afterwords.
 
The conference saw around 600 attendees including famous entrepreneurs, members of the ACFIC’s young entrepreneurs committee, young leaders from Hongkong and Macao, and  representatives from other provinces especially from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
 
Vice mayor Ma Shunqing introduced that Tianjin, with a sound history of business and navigation culture, was a pioneer city of modern China's industrial civilization, an important birthplace of national industry and commerce, a modern international port, transportation hub, high-end industry cluster, and an open and inclusive, historical and cultural, intelligent and dynamic, and ecological livable city rich in science and education resources with opportunities, and with respect for business and co-prosperity.
 
Li Hongzhong put forward the concept of “industry first, entrepreneurs first”, saying that Tianjin regarded entrepreneurs as the most valuable wealth, and had introduced the “Tianjin 8 issues” and the “19 items for private sector”, abolished all fees charged for supporting urban infrastructure, raised 45 billion yuan to ease financing difficulties for enterprises, implemented the "three uniform" reduction and exemption, and advanced the reform of the "one system, three types of administrative approval" system.
 
He said that Tianjin would strive to create a law-based, international and business-friendly environment, and foster fertile ground for enterprises to grow.
 
ACFIC’s vice chairman Li Zhaoqian said during his speech that the theme of the summit, “aspiration promotes innovation and dream pursuing in the new era”, was practical, instructive and well-targeted.
 
According to Li, risks and challenges have significantly increased since this year, confidence, aspiration, courage and diligence are crucial to win advantages, initiative and future.
 
He asked young entrepreneurs to bear in mind the general trend, understand the situation clearly, stay focused, and really integrate their thinking and understanding into the correct judgment, decision and plan of the central government.
 
He said that we should further enhance our confidence that China's economic development will improve in the long run, and that we will overcome difficulties and resolve to pursue high-quality development.
 
He called on young entrepreneurs to abide by the law and integrity and keep the bottom line so as to develop a law-abiding, honest and trustworthy enterprise.
 
The summit held a forum and three symposiums. Liu Chuanzhi, honorary chairman of Lenovo, Ren Zeping, chief economist with Evergrande Group, Xu Jinghong, chairman of the Zhongguancun Longmen investment corporation ltd., and Zong Fuli, president of Hongsheng Group, attended the forum and made keynote speeches.
 
The symposium of “Creative industry development” was hosted by Cai Danfeng, financial host and founder of Fengtouquan, a venture investment platform. Ying Shuling, CEO of Hero Entertainment, Zhou Lingxiang, co-founder of Imba, Zhao Yu, founder of Comteck based in Zhejiang Province, and Ji Shisan,, CEO of Guokr.Com and founder of “Zai Hang”, spoke on the symposium during interaction.
 
The symposium of “Smart innovation development” was hosted by Duan Liuwen, president of Halation Photonics. Liu Ruopeng, chairman of Kuang-chi, Jiang Zhixiang, chairman of Sharing Mobile, Wu Guangsheng, chairman of Huaxun Technology (China Communication Technology), and Li Biao, chairman of Haite Group, attended the interaction.
 
The symposium of “Assisting regional coordinated economic development” was also hosted by Cai Danfeng, financial host and founder of Fengtouquan. Liu Gang, deputy director general of the development department of the Central Committee of Communist Youth League, made a keynote speech. Yan Kaijing, executive board chairman of Tasly Holding Group, Li Meng, president of Beijingtanti, Liu Ting, president of Hongkong based Tianjin youth association, Jiang Nan, chairman of Nanjing Goldfoil Holding, and Huang Hao, president of Senlong group from Anhui Province, and some other representatives of young entrepreneurs associations attended this forum and stated their opinions.
 
During the summit, attendees also took part in business inspections and discussions, and visited the economic cluster of western-style buildings of two stories or more in Tianjin and other urban constructions, while visiting enterprises including Tasly Golding Group.
