- Qin Yinglin
- Qin Yinglin, born in April 1965, is a male ethnic Han from Neixiang County, Henan Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and has an undergraduate education. He is the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Muyuan Group.
He is now the vice president of the ACCIC.
He was a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
